2015 brought new regulations and mandates to clinical coding and physician documentation.

Huff DRG Review found itself in a dilemma— expand services to stay competitive but maintain an outdated company name and brand. Recognizing the need for a more forward/thinking image, leadership decided to rebrand—with a completely new name, look and feel.

SOLUTION

The company partnered with Agency Ten22 to redefine positioning, messages and vision.

Agency Ten22 started with client interviews, employee surveys, competitive research and a brainstorming session with the firm’s leadership team. This collaborative approach paved the way for a new company name, service offerings, logo and website.

IMPACT

Enjoin perfected its image and successfully launched their new brand at the 2015 AHIMA Convention.

The new logo incorporates the firm’s legacy focus on clinical documentation—but with a modern touch. The website refresh improved navigation and new copy maximized the firm’s SEO strategy.

From clients to employees, Enjoin became a well/recognized name in CDI and HIM. Within six months of rebranding, exposure greatly increased. Leadership attributes many new customer sales to the rebrand. Recruiting got a boost as well—resumes and job inquiries nearly doubled since new company name was announced.
